We discussed budget needs. At the beginning of next semester we will draft a bill to address them.

Alan Cattier of Academic Technologies has agreed to meet with us about iTunes U.

We planned recruitment and coaltion-building activities. We will
a) acquire a list of incoming freshmen to contact
b) try to have a presence at widely-attended campus activities
c) contact art and music groups on campus

We also discussed boosting CopyNight attendance. We will
a) take advantage of whatever easy publicity opportunities we can find (eg- Creative Loafing, Craigslist, mailing lists, bulletin boards)
b) advertise free coffee on our starbucks card
c) come up with a list of local organizations to contact

We brainstormed ideas for future activities.

Brian was nominated for president, and Andrew was nominated for treasurer. Free Culture will continue to take nominations for these positions as well as for liason (someone, please!) and secretary (double please!) through April 30th. On May 1st, ballots will be sent electronically to full members.
